I live in the west Kootenay’s. I can provide service throughout the Kootenay’s,Okanagan, or virtually anywhere.

What is an Advanced Care Plan?

It is about having conversations with your loved ones and health care providers so they know the health care treatments you agree to and/or disagree with.

Information and tools to help you prepare for your future health care needs. Having a plan/voice now ensures that your wishes for health care are heard and followed. There may come a time when, due to illness or injury you are not capable of expressing your wishes/directives.

Who should make an Advanced Care Plan?

I believe everyone should have an ACP. It has been my experience that at any moment your life, your health can change dramatically and if you are then mentally or physically incapable your wishes are not heard or followed. Dying with dignity is your right and your loved ones and health care providers need to know your wishes.
